Play with emacs daemon mode

 * .bashrc: include .bash.d/*
 * .bash.d/emacs.sh: adjust emacsclient flags in SELECTED_EDITOR, EDITOR, and VISUAL based on $DISPLAY and $TERM
 * .emacs: set the font size in a way that plays nice with daemon-mode
