This is the official branding that Parabola adopted in 2013.

The discussion of the change mostly took place at
  https://labs.parabola.nu/issues/282

The files have been renamed from the original artwork to be (in my
opinion) friendlier, and the SVGs have been simplified (notably,
Inkscape and copyright metadata aren't present).  They should render
identically to the original files.
