Link: port to new ethtool ETHTOOL_xLINKSETTINGS
Link: port to new ethtool ETHTOOL_xLINKSETTINGS This patch defines a new ETHTOOL_GLINKSETTINGS/SLINKSETTINGS API, handled by the new get_link_ksettings/set_link_ksettings .
