src/udev/mkdir.c: remove usage of strndupa()

strndupa() allocates memory using alloca() which is dangerous and
non-conformant. Some libcs, like musl, deliberately do not implement
it.  Instead we allocate a buffer on the stack which is cleaned up
on return.
