[PATCH] udevd: add possible initialization of expected_seqnum
UDEVD_EXPECTED_SEQNUM=$[`cat /sys/kernel/hotplug_seqnum` + 1] ./udevd -d
will init udevd, so the next event will not wait for any timeout.
