* configure.ac: use LT_LIBM to check for the maths library
* src/accelerometer/Makefile.am: use $(LIBM) instead of -lm in the link
flags
This causes all executables (except accelerometer) and libraries to be
linked without libm, which they do not need.

Instead of waiting for new data from the sensor, which might be
a long time coming, depending on the sensor device, ask the kernel
for the last state for that particular input device.

We switch to defining _GNU_SOURCE as we do for cdrom_id.c
for a more consistant approach to this issue.

Dropping <fcntl.h> in favor of <linux/fcntl.h> is incorrect. Yet
uClibc needs O_CLOEXEC from <linux/fcntl.h>. So we re-introduce
<fcntl.h> and include <linux/fcntl.h> only on uClibc systems to
avoid redefinitions.

Commit 80b10107cb added #include <linux/fcntl.h> in
src/accelerometer and friends for builds on uclibc.
This only works with glibc and musl systems with
linux headers 3.9 but fails with linux headers 3.13.
We keep <linux/fcntl.h> but drop <fcntl.h>.

Clang is a bit more strict wrt format-nonliterals:
http://clang.llvm.org/docs/LanguageExtensions.html#format-string-checking
Adding these extra printf attributes also makes gcc able to find more
problems. E.g. this patch uncovers a format issue in udev-builtin-path_id.c
Some parts looked intetional about breaking the format-nonliteral check.
I added some supression for warnings there.

This commit imports strxcpyx from upstream. This is upstream commit
d5a89d7dc17a5ba5cf4fc71f82963c5c94a31c3d
Note: there were also some very minor code cleanups to
accelerometer.c: line 187
collect.c: lines 35, 140
libudev-device.c: line 780
libudev-hwdb.c: line 300
These are part of upstream commits:

As we were searching by ID_PATH, it would have been possible
for us to find a sibling device instead of the device we were
looking for.
This fixes device matching on the WeTab with the upstream kernel,
as it was trying to use the "Asus Laptop extra buttons" device
instead of the accelerometer.

We move the test-udev.c and test-libudev.c from src/test to test.
This corrects the a problem with hard coded relative paths finding
the test/test/sys directory created by test/udev-test.pl.
This commit draws heavily from nvinson patch in

The configuration of the installation paths for various components
was scattered between the main configure.ac file and the various
Makefile.am's. These components are: udev config file, hwdb, keymaps
and force-release keymaps and the rules. This commit consolidates
them all into one point in configure.ac and anticipates the inclusion
of new AM_CPPFLAGS of the form -DHWDB_BIN=@udevhwdbdir@ as upstream
has done, so it is easier to address issues like:
