Better support of OPENPGPKEY, CAA, TLSA packets and tests

It's annoying to have the exact same function in three places.
It's stored in src/shared, but it's not added to the library to
avoid the dependency on libgcrypt.

This should be handled fine now by .dir-locals.el, so need to carry that
stuff in every file.

This patch removes includes that are not used. The removals were found with
include-what-you-use which checks if any of the symbols from a header is
in use.

In trying to track down a stupid linker bug, I noticed a bunch of
memset() calls that should be using memzero() to make it more "obvious"
that the options are correct (i.e. 0 is not the length, but the data to
set). So fix up all current calls to memset(foo, 0, length) to
memzero(foo, length).

I'm assuming that it's fine if a _const_ or _pure_ function
calls assert. It is assumed that the assert won't trigger,
and even if it does, it can only trigger on the first call
with a given set of parameters, and we don't care if the
compiler moves the order of calls.

This adds forward-secure authentication of journal files. This patch
includes key generation as well as tagging of journal files,
Verification of journal files will be added in a later patch.
