This is like bus_label_unescape() but takes a maximum length instead of
relying on NULL-terminated strings. This is highly useful to unescape
labels that are not at the end of a path.

This patch removes includes that are not used. The removals were found with
include-what-you-use which checks if any of the symbols from a header is
in use.
