Commit efdb023 ("core: unified cgroup hierarchy support") introduced a new
error ENOEXEC in cg_unified() if /sys/fs/cgroup/ is not available. Adjust the
"skip" checks in various tests accordingly.
Add a corresponding "skip" check to test-bus-creds as well, as
sd_bus_creds_new_from_pid() now calls cg_unified() as well.
This re-fixes "make check" in build chroots without /sys/fs/cgroup.

It's primarily just a property of the Manager object after all, and we
try to refer to PID 1 as "manager" instead of "systemd", hence let's to
stick to this here too.

The error code is called EDEADLK, stop using legacy names like EDEADLOCK.
Note that _some_ weird architectures define them differently (namely, mips
and sparc), but on all sane architectures they're exactly the same. So
stay with the widely used code, which is EDEADLK.

This patch removes includes that are not used. The removals were found with
include-what-you-use which checks if any of the symbols from a header is
in use.

__attribute__((used)) is not enough to force static variables to
be carried over to a compiled program from a library. Mappings defined
in libsystemd-shared.a were not visible in the compiled binaries.
To ensure that the mappings are present in the final binary, the
tables are made non-static and are given a real unique name by which
they can be referenced.
To use a mapping defined not in the local compilation unit (e.g. in
a library) a reference to the mapping table is added. This is done
by including a declaration in the header file.
Expected values in test-engine are fixed to reflect the new mappings.

The asserts used in the tests should never be allowed to be
optimized away
|
|
Also add a bit of debugging output to help diagnose problems,
add missing units, and simplify cppflags.
Move test-engine to normal tests from manual tests, it should now
work without destroying the system.

Note: I did s/MANAGER/SYSTEMD/ everywhere, even though it makes the
patch quite verbose. Nevertheless, keeping MANAGER prefix in some
places, and SYSTEMD prefix in others would just lead to confusion down
the road. Better to rip off the band-aid now.
