From 59f448cf15f94bc5ebfd5b254de6f2441d02fbec Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Lennart Poettering Date: Thu, 10 Sep 2015 18:16:18 +0200 Subject: tree-wide: never use the off_t unless glibc makes us use it off_t is a really weird type as it is usually 64bit these days (at least in sane programs), but could theoretically be 32bit. We don't support off_t as 32bit builds though, but still constantly deal with safely converting from off_t to other types and back for no point. Hence, never use the type anymore. Always use uint64_t instead. This has various benefits, including that we can expose these values directly as D-Bus properties, and also that the values parse the same in all cases. --- src/basic/copy.h | 3 ++- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) (limited to 'src/basic/copy.h') diff --git a/src/basic/copy.h b/src/basic/copy.h index 8de0cfba32..ba0890b442 100644 --- a/src/basic/copy.h +++ b/src/basic/copy.h @@ -21,6 +21,7 @@ along with systemd; If not, see . ***/ +#include #include #include @@ -30,6 +31,6 @@ int copy_file_atomic(const char *from, const char *to, mode_t mode, bool replace int copy_tree(const char *from, const char *to, bool merge); int copy_tree_at(int fdf, const char *from, int fdt, const char *to, bool merge); int copy_directory_fd(int dirfd, const char *to, bool merge); -int copy_bytes(int fdf, int fdt, off_t max_bytes, bool try_reflink); +int copy_bytes(int fdf, int fdt, uint64_t max_bytes, bool try_reflink); int copy_times(int fdf, int fdt); int copy_xattr(int fdf, int fdt); -- cgit v1.2.3-54-g00ecf
