    <para><command>systemd-udevd</command> listens to kernel uevents.
      For every event, systemd-udevd executes matching instructions
      specified in udev rules. See <citerefentry>

    <para>The behavior of the running daemon can be changed with
    <command>udevadm control</command>.</para>
