* moved direct usage of CURL and file_get_contents to HTTPClient class, excluding external-sourced libraries
* adapted GeonamesPlugin for new HTTPResponse interface

changed Twitter OAuth to store token and token secret in the same field
in foreign_link (credentials). This should be changed in 0.9.
