Fix up 'None' display in places
|

Turns out has_errors hasn't worked since Django pre-1.0, wow. Remove
that old code and clean up some other small things while we're in there.

On the login page, give focus to the username box when the page loads as
well as turning autocorrection and auto-capitalization off on the
username box.
For the developer profile page, we can add some minor validation and
typing of certain form fields that allow things like iPhone and Android
to customize the presented keyboard to the user, as well as allowing
browsers to do some client-side validation.

It looks like the `action="."` business was screwing up some browsers,
notably lynx and links. We don't need it as the default is to submit to the
same page anyway, so kill this gunk and see if it fixes a login CSRF issue.
