systemd-knock-228-3: updating version
* enable ELFUTILS support * backport important-sounding commit regarding IPv6 Router Advertisements * fix bug where networkd was removing loopback addresses (FS#47160 -> https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/47160) * add armv7h support
